Clubfoot Solutions is proud to partner with the Feet of Hope Foundation in Zimbabwe for our 2025 Braces for Hope Campaign. Each year, thousands of children in Zimbabwe are born with clubfoot—a treatable condition that, without intervention, can lead to lifelong disability and social exclusion.

In many rural communities, access to clubfoot treatment is limited. Families face long travel distances, economic hardship, and a lack of medical infrastructure. The Iowa Brace, used in the Ponseti method developed at the University of Iowa, is a critical part of the treatment—but it remains out of reach for many.
